2012 Hurricane season on East coast of US

The hurricane season has started earlier this year, and storm Beryl is already pounding the shore of Georgia and Florida with strong waves, and wind about 70 miles/hours, which is almost hurricane strength (74 ml/hr). The track of Beryl is unusual. It didn`t come from the West Africa, but from the center of Atlantic and was moving to South-West, instead of West- North-West.

National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration ( NOAA ) has predicted a normal hurricane activity this year. A 70% chance of 9 to 15 named storms (with top winds of 39 mph or higher), of which four to eight will strengthen to a hurricane (with top winds of 74 mph or higher) and of those one to three will become major hurricanes (with top winds of 111 mph or higher, ranking Category 3, 4 or 5). “NOAA’s outlook predicts a less active season compared to recent years,” said NOAA Administrator Jane Lubchenco, Ph.D.

AIHD hurricanes` forecast is quite different. We expect about 25 hurricanes during this season, and at least seven of them could be category three or higher. Moreover, this season will be longer than usual – up to the mid December. These are the bad news. The good news are - they all have been “corrected”. The hurricane “correction” is a special procedure, utilizing level 3 of bio-informational procedures or “The Butterfly effect” if you will. Info therapists know what it means. However, correction doesn`t guarantee that one or two hurricanes lower category (may be one) could hit the East coast, like it happens with Irene last year. Please make sure now you have enough not perishable food, and flashlights. Be prepared for the bumpy ride this summer and autumn.
